Certified Mold Inspection

A Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) is a specialist who has been trained to both assess the presence of microbial contamination and determine the source of any underlying moisture intrusion. A typical mold inspection will take about three to five days to complete and costs start at $400. Price ranges depending on condition of property.

Mold Inspection consists of
• An on-site visit from a Certified Mold Inspector.
• Determining the source of the mold.
• Air samples are taken and sent to lab to determine air quality.
• A detailed MoldREPORT™ based on the air samples is provided.
• A detailed final inspection report with recommendations for remediation is provided.
